Billbee

First we’ll get the necessary data from Billbee, then we’ll connect your store with ZenFulfillment, this is very straightforward and should only take around 5 minutes!

Please make sure that you created an account at Zenfulfillment before following the steps below. Signup here.

Without further ado, let’s begin:

1) Activate the API & Create API password

Einstellungen > Billbee API

Flip the switch "Aktivieren" and create a new password for the API.

This password is only used for the API, is NOT the same used with your Billbee account. Please create a different one for more security.

Please remember this password, since is the one that you need to connect your shop with Zenfulfillment in Step 5.

2) Creating shipping providers

First you’ll need to go to Einstellungen > Versand & Fulfillment

And then click + NEU > Freien Provider

- Provider: GLS

Now, under the "Produkte" tab we need to add the following shipping options:

Now, under the " Produkte" tab we need to add the following shipping options:

Now under "Produkte" tab, create a new product with the following information:

Now, under the "Produkte" tab create a new product.

Now, under the "Produkte" tab, create a new product with the following information:

Go to: Kanäle > Versandprofil


ID: Zenrush Premiumversand

Name: Zenrush Premiumversand

Versandprodukt: ZENRUSH-ZENRUSH 


Click SAVE/SPEICHERN



3) Activate Billbee in Zenfulfillment

In the Zenfulfillment dashboard go to "Account" in the left sidebar then look for the Billbee logo and click on "Activate"

Now, fill in the form with the following information:

Billbee API user: (this is the email you use to login to your Billbee account)

Password: The password we created in Step 1

Click connect and after some seconds you should see your products synchronized in the Zenfulfillment app.

4) Tag your orders

To synchronize orders with us, you will need to tag your orders with a special name.

Create an automatic rule so that every new order in Billbee will be synchronized with Zenfulfillment.

Go to Einstellungen > Automatisierung

Then click on + NEU to create the new rule.

As Auslöser you choose "Bestellung importiert"

As Aktionen you choose "Tag zu der Bestellung hinzufügen"

The Tag should be "zenfulfillment"

Click SAVE/SPEICHERN and Done!

To know if orders are tagged correctly, you need to add a column in your "Bestellungen" section under "Ansicht".
