Magento Integration Guide

First we’ll get the necessary data from Magento, then we’ll connect your store with Zenfulfillment.

This is very straightforward and should only take around 5 minutes!

Please make sure that you created an account at Zenfulfillment before following the steps below. Signup here.

Without further ado, let’s begin:

1) Create a web services user role.

Go to System -> Web Services -> Roles in your Magento admin panel and enter any name you would like (for example, API user)

Now select the Role Resources tab to the left and under Resource Access select the option: All and click Save Role in the top-right of the screen.

2) Creating API key

Go to System -> Web Services -> Users and click Add New User (top-right).

Fill the form that appears and note down the API Key you choose.

On the last field, " This account is" make sure to select Active

Now select the User Role tab to the left and ensure that the new user account we created in Step 1 is assigned to this user.

Thats it for the Magento part. Now let’s connect your store to Zenfulfillment:

3) Connect to Zenfulfillment

In the Zenfulfillment dashboard go to Settings > My Stores and search for the Magento logo and then click Activate button.

Now, fill in the form with the following information:

Magento shop URL: (your website url, for example, http://myshop.com)

Password: (the API Key from Step 2).

Click connect and you are done! Now let us handle the fulfillment for you.
